Of course, he never sees those powers that work perfectly satisfactorily. What does one infer from his comments about his own child(ren), if he has any, or if none his solicitor?

He would have done better to criticise a form that requires 20 pages to say that A authorises B to act on his/her behalf, and another 20 pages if the health option is required - when that could be covered by not much more than a one-line question with a yes/no answer box.
