Make Legal Aid a human right and watch the legal aid bill go stratospheric. I do not consider Legal Aid should be a human right, yes there should be more funding available but not in the way Lord Bach suggests.

How is it meant to be paid for? We already pay a huge amount of tax in this country with the government adding in even more ridiculous taxes all the time. We get less for our money from Council Tax now than we ever have.
