@ 12:57 I trust from your lofty position perched on that high horse, resting on a soap-box atop that ivory tower, somewhere in 'insurance-land' that you can explain how someone is expected to gain the necessary skills and experience needed to be able to deal with more complex and involved litigation without first having honed their skills dealing with the more basic and straightforward cases??

If you were training to be an electrician you wouldn't start with a full re-wire of a listed building would you?

Similarly, if we want to train litigators to be able to deal with serious cases, they have to be blooded somewhere.

But that's the key isn't it Mr. Insurance - you don't want litigators at all; you have 99 problems, and Claimants are all of them.
