I find some of the comments on here quite ignorant and narrow minded really. The file handlers at Minster aren't "low paid admin staff". As one commenter states, many of the case handlers have completed their degree and LPC and getting vital experience in litigation. There are members of staff who have been unable to gain training contracts or pupillages and converting. Equally, there are people in very senior positions in the business who have 20-30 years + experience in litigation and are paid significantly more than some 20 years PQE solicitors and partners of smaller law firms.
