I have quite a collection of art on the walls of my office. Some given by grateful clients as a reward for a successful outcome to their case. Other items are from relatives and perhaps the most poignant are from artist clients unable to pay fees but who gave me their own art in lieu of fees.
Art on the walls always has the effect of making an office a more inviting place. Although I remember once seeing the art on the walls of a Rotterdam solicitor which was edgy in the extreme and I suspect may have raised a few eyebrows in London.
