This article reasonates with so many people’s recent experiences in court. In any other employment , this reprehensible behaviour would be brought to the attention of HR. It is wholly unacceptable that judges are permitted to offload their issues onto legal representatives. It’s time for the Bar council and Law society to step up and ensure it’s members are treated with the basic human right of dignity in the work place.
