"People either don't care because it happens to them or they think it is made up because it hasn't happened to them. " This suggests you haven't considered everything I've written before copy/pasting the last couple of lines of my post.

I don't think such injuries are made up. I've had such an injury. And I would sympathise with anyone else who has (and agree they should be compensated).

I was merely saying this:

I was injured for a month and a half. The cause of that was someone running into me at full pelt, knocking me off my feet and landing on the ground on my back, causing my head to snap back and bounce off the ground.

I've been in RTAs, and not low speed impacts either. I've not experienced the same kind of force in either.

So, linking the two, (and considering I didn't have the benefit of a properly adjusted headrest like all Claimants) I just don't see how some of the injuries/prognoses I'm presented with could happen from the RTAs described, based on my own experience.

In my view, they're exaggerated/false, or completely true and these people are particularly susceptible to injury.

My opinion is based on my experience, and not because some insurance companies said it should be so.
