Again as mentioned by previous posters most CNF's presented are generally poor, lacking basic information or actually have incorrect information.
It amazes me the number of CNF's for 1 claimant vehicle who list a different number of passengers on each CNF yet when you call the "handler" you are threatened with the claim exiting the portal due to "complex" nature of our questioning.
Shout and scream all you want but your days are limited a few have made millions in the process and ruined it for others, no pointing in blaming insurers for this the whole claimant PI sector has long been aware of the corruption within and has simply failed to address it
