Thank you for your feedback @ 15:10. I assume you were the person who posted at 14:11.

Let’s be clear, the comment made at 14:11 made no reference to the solicitor being a participant in the fraud. You have effectively moved the goalposts to undermine the validity of my comment. In light of your additional comment, I would simply point out that it the solicitor was a culpable participant in the fraud then a strike-off would almost inevitably follow. However, based on your comment, it would appear that the solicitors remained in practice which means that you were unable to prove misconduct. Without proof, one is entitled to assume that the solicitors pursued the claims ethically.

I will now deal with the incredibly disrepectul attack on my integrity. Based on a few posts on here, you feel it appropriate to suggest that a) I wish for the status quo to continue to protect my own job in low value claims; and b) that I put my own job before the profession’s reputation. In response to this, I would merely point out that I practise almost exclusively in cost-bearing multi-track EL/PL litigation; I have no day-to-day involvement in fast track RTA or Portal cases.
