Everyone, Claimant and Defendant, can agree that if physiotherapy is required, correct and proper physiotherapy should be provided. Anyone, on either side, who becomes aware of situations such as this which smack of fraud, should report them accordingly.

As a Claimant lawyer, I would be disgusted if any of my contemporaries felt that allowing these practices to continue, to keep bringing in the fees, would be worth more than upholding the rule of law.
