1. The defended rate has gone up in this pilot simply because the bulk issuers (i.e. car park tickets, four year old mobile phone bills, etc.) haven't been included.

2. What functionality does this service offer that MCOL (which already exists and serves the same purpose) doesn't?

3. What are the MOJ going to do to compensate those of us (admittedly small in number ) who have invested thousands in setting up systems to handle the existing online bulk centre, which in the last five years alone has gone through two major changes (the old Claims Production Centre system, to a secure email system, to an XML Secure Data Transfer system). Indeed the current secure data transfer system is on about revision number 4 and still being p*asked about with every six months or so?

I suspect that some IT contractors are getting richer, and the emporers clothes are looking much better than before!
