I am unsure it is the online tests. We cannot know. We are never told that that is the screening element.

It could be membership of the atheneum or whatever. We will never know.

And if the LCD say we want more Martians one year, they will get more Martians, regardless of ability.

If it was the online test and I could see my results and critically comment on them (often they are wrong and the Judges are wrong in what they perceive the answer ' should' be), and it was a series of harder and harder all comers exams like Wimbledon Tennis, I would be a (D)DJ by now.
