@Stuart Russell yes ban for solicitor who did his job poorly... what consequences can you expect for unregulated McKenzie friends? Nothing. They do the damage and move on to the next poor person. Solicitors will be held to account and are held to a higher standard. When McKenzie Friends are held to the same standard then we can have a conversation.
