Just how arrogant can an organisation be to publicly state " you win some you lose some" in relation to probably the biggest and costliest SRA debacle ever?

The clear reason for failure to disclose is embarassment over the costs figure. If the figure had been general public money there would be a public enquiry about who decided to proceed with the appeal and heads would roll.

Finally I would suggest that the clear reason for wishing to keep correspondence confidential can only be because the SRA happen to be in the pocket of whatever Government body has an interest in their investigation.
