Just because a customer is "satisfied" does not mean it is a just outcome. They know no difference although, how many would be "satisfied" if they found out, say, they recovered 20% less than they should have done.

A colleague of mine was satisfied with a purchase of perfume from a well know retailer. "I got 25% off and only paid £x"...online search quickly stemmed that by showing that she, in fact, paid more than she could have.
