Every time I see "unconscious bias" I laugh. Despite the fact it has never been established, it's an oxymoron. You can't be both unaware of something and actively pursue that thing you are unaware of, despite what the social constructionists argue. And, changing the dictionary to make it fit the theory still doesn't make it real.
