With respect Anon 13:36, the grooming victim you describe does not profess hate for her country, its democratic freedoms and its people, nor does she have contacts who are international terrorists and therefore pose a national security risk.

I do though agree that the decision to strip Miss Begum of British citizenship was pure political grandstanding and nothing to do with following the rule of law. Which is somewhat ironic, due to the decision having been taken on the grounds that Miss Begum joining ISIS which was incompatible with British values, including respect for the rule of law.
