probably not, but to be honest, how many criminal lawyers would tell clients facing a fare evasion case that? I wouldn't have done when I was in defence because I haven't the foggiest about the US visa system. it didn't come up in my LPC. I am not saying the system is a good idea, just that the objections raised seem a bit far fetched
