Sussex Wildlife Trust is a conservation charity for everyone who cares about nature in Sussex.

With more than 33,000 members, the Trust owns or manages over 5,000 acres of land in over 30 nature reserves. Some of the finest wild places in Sussex, these nature reserves include ancient woodlands, heathlands, downlands, reedbeds, grazing marshes and coastal sites.

The Trust advises and works with landowners, local communities, schools and individuals on how to manage rural and urban areas of Sussex. It is an important information centre for habitat, wildlife and conservation issues in Sussex and also runs an active programme of events, courses and schools engagement work.

A legacy to Sussex Wildlife Trust will improve the countryside, towns and coasts for the benefit of wildlife in Sussex and the enjoyment of future generations.
