Rosenberg Law is a family-run boutique firm with permanent offices in London and Tel Aviv, providing legal services in Israeli probate, succession, inheritance, family, property and banking law, together with notarial services.

The firm operates as a one-stop service for English-speaking clients residing outside Israel and is managed by Eli Rosenberg, Israeli Advocate and Notary, Solicitor of England and Wales, TEP and C.T.A.P.S., and a full member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS).

Services

Eli Rosenberg is a Full Member of STEP, the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, the international professional body for advisers working in trusts, estates and succession. Full Membership is the highest level of STEP membership, held by fully qualified practitioners who have demonstrated specialist expertise and experience, and entitles him to use the letters TEP as a Registered Trust and Estate Practitioner. He is also a member of ACTAPS, the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists, and is entitled to use the letters C.T.A.P.S. and to be described as a Contentious Trust and Probate Specialist.

Our experience and team leader

The firm acts for UK clients across the full range of Israeli matters. It has secured last year the release of several million pounds in inherited funds from an Israeli bank, obtained an Israeli Probate Order for a UK client, and obtained Israeli Family Court recognition of an English LPA. The firm also provides expert opinions on Israeli law to the English courts and is periodically instructed by Magic Circle firms.

Eli Rosenberg is dual-qualified as an Israeli Advocate and a Solicitor of England and Wales, and is licensed as an Israeli Notary Public. Practising since 2005, he led the firm’s Tel Aviv litigation department, appearing before Israel’s High Court, Family Court and in arbitration along the way.

He has also gained cross-border experience at a leading City firm and served as a legal consultant in the FCA-regulated investment sector.

Fees are agreed in advance on a case-by-case basis, taking account of the matter and the client’s circumstances.
