Bridge McFarland LLP has hired commercial property partner Ryan Crellin to its Hull office.

Crellin joins the team of 15 commercial property specialists and brings with him over a decade of property experience supporting a wide range of clients in the commercial and residential sectors.

Crellin prides himself on great working relationships with clients and has acted for local entrepreneurs, developers, banks and investors and will no doubt be a fantastic addition to the existing team and wider firm.

He commented: 'I am very happy to be joining Bridge McFarland LLP and excited at where this new challenge can lead. I see this as a huge opportunity, not only for my personal progression but also that of the firm, as we explore potential avenues for growth and development. I will bring my personality and energy to the role (combined with a sprinkling of legal knowledge) to help drive us forward to bigger and better achievements. I can’t wait to get started on this new chapter of my career journey.'

Kate Seward, partner and head of commercial property, said 'I am delighted to welcome Ryan to our team. Ryan’s knowledge and proactive approach will ensure we continue to provide the high standards of service for our clients.'

Managing partner Stephen Oldridge added: 'I am thrilled we have been able to attract a partner of Ryan’s undoubted quality to the firm. It is indicative of Bridge McFarland’s growing presence in the East Yorkshire market and our commitment to the area. Ryan has so much to offer and I am really looking forward to working with him.'
