Law firm Burges Salmon has appointed Rebecca Wilsker as a director in its corporate and M&A team.
Wilsker joins Burges Salmon from Holland & Knight LLP in the US, where she was partner and co-chair of the firm’s technology & telecommunications industry sector group.
She has 15 years of experience advising private companies, private equity funds and their portfolio businesses on M&A, equity investments, divestitures and joint ventures. She also advises on corporate governance, equity compensation and commercial matters, particularly for tech and tech enabled companies.
