
Cumbria law firm Thomson Hayton Winkley has appointed Nina Hood as head of residential property.
Hood, a licensed conveyancer who began her career in estate agency, joins the firm from Ratcliffe & Bibby in Morecambe. She moves with her assistant Sasha Miller.
Hood advises clients nationwide on the buying and selling of properties, remortgages, transfers of equity and land transactions.
Thomson Hayton Winkley has also appointed Katy Harkin as a solicitor in its private client team and Phil Capstick as a trainee solicitor specialising in dispute resolution.
The firm is headquartered in Kendal and has offices in Windermere, Kirkby Lonsdale and the J36 Rural Auction Centre in Crooklands, which is home to its specialist branch The Rural Law Practice.
