RWK Goodman has welcomed real estate partner Lara Hourihan to its health & social care sector practice in London.
Hourihan joins RWK Goodman after over a decade at Trowers & Hamlins. She supported investors, developers and operators in the care, later living and housing sectors across matters including complex land acquisitions, development, joint ventures, real estate finance, regeneration projects and TOGC transactions. She has previously worked in-house for a retirement living provider.
Hourihan commented: 'I’m excited to be joining RWK Goodman and contribute to the team’s growth nationwide. The firm is committed to supporting care and later living providers and the team’s deep market expertise and understanding of provider challenges closely align with my own experience, making this move an excellent fit.'
Hazel Phillips, head of RWK Goodman’s health & social care sector team, said: 'We are delighted to welcome Lara, whose strong real estate background and specialist Health & Social Care experience will be invaluable.
'Her appointment marks a key step in our sector team’s strategic development - reinforcing our commitment to delivering an integrated service across a wide range of areas, whilst providing specialist sector knowledge.'
