The International Family Law Group has appointed Agata Osińska as partner.
Children’s and financial remedies practitioner and mediator Osińska has experience in complex domestic and international divorce matters, and cases that engage jurisdictional challenges and involve crypto currencies and digital assets.
Osińska works closely with Polish and Eastern European charities, the Polish Embassy and national organisations. She is a regular guest on Polish Radio London, helping educate the community on family law issues. Osińska works with other Polish-speaking professionals, including lawyers, financial advisors, mediators, psychologists and contact supervisors, to offer a network of helpful connections to clients in need of assistance.
