Lee & Thompson LLP has promoted Marek George, Anushka Sinha, James Rushton and Frania Cooper to partner.

George, who joined Lee & Thompson in 2013, works with scripted television production companies as part of the firm's TV team. He specialises in all areas of TV development, production, financing and distribution.

Sinha established and expanded Lee & Thompson's immigration practice after joining in 2024. She is an expert in Global Talent applications.

Cooper joined in 2016 and advises clients across the media, technology and creative industries on contractual and intellectual property disputes. She is head of the firm's data protection practice.

Rushton, part of the music team, joined the firm in 2021. He acts for record labels as well as emerging and established talent, and has previously worked in-house at Island Records.

Lee & Thompson has also promoted Martin Tynan (Employment) to legal director, and Neha Solanki (Employment) and Harrison Clarke (Commercial) to senior associates.
