Healthy deal: London firm Wallace acted for Fortune 500 company Henry Schein on its acquisition of Minerva Dental, a distributor of dental equipment to healthcare practitioners, advised by McTaggarts of Cardiff.



Energy deal: Birmingham's Wragge & Co advised Welsh Power Group on its buyout of the Redditch gas turbine power plant in Worcestershire, from shareholders of First Energy (Redditch), advised by James Bennett & Co in Crawley.



Digital deal: North-west firm Halliwells acted for the shareholders of creative digital agency Greenroom Digital and social media sister company Entertainment Intelligence on their acquisition by marketing communications group Momentum, advised by its in-house team.



High pressure deal: US firm Reed Smith advised Everest Kanto Cylinder, an Indian high-pressure cylinder manufacturer, on its $66.3 million acquisition of CP Industries, a US manufacturer of seamless pressure vessels, from Reunion Industries, advised by US firm Reid and Riege.



Share deal: City firm Memery Crystal acted for publishing software house Publishing Technology on a £1.1 million AIM share issue to provide working capital for the company's development.
