16:24. The issue is that when fraud or coercion is discovered involving one the cold caller/referral source/hire co/recovery agent/medical expert etc.. It appears anecdotally that the solicitor doesn't seem to bothered, as they continue accepting work/instructing that same source and the same issues are raised again and again. If you are presented with strong evidence, why not drop them?
