National pensions specialist law firm Arc Pensions Law has hired Charlotte Clewes-Boyne and Sally MacCormick (pictured above) as associates.

Clewes-Boyne joins the firm in Leeds from Eversheds Sutherland, where she advised both private and public sector clients. She regularly advises on complex technical issues and on DB scheme buy-ins as well as on DC scheme wind-ups. She has particular expertise advising in relation to corporate due diligence work, IDRPs and pensions scams.

MacCormick joins Arc Pensions Law in London from Herbert Smith Freehills. She has more than 16 years' experience in pensions law and advises on matters predominantly relating to defined benefit schemes for both trustee and employer clients. She has advised in connection with contingent assets, participation in a pension funding partnership and multi-employer scheme restructurings (FAA).
