Robert Turner, partner at Devonshires added: ’I’m very excited to bring my wealth of infrastructure experience to Devonshires and I’m looking forward to working with the rest of the projects, capital markets, construction and engineering teams in advising on new and existing projects. With infrastructure development becoming ever more important to the economy and all the main political parties promising an increased pipeline of infrastructure projects over the next five years, it’s the perfect time to join the experienced Devonshires projects team. Our combined experience means we can advise on projects across all the key infrastructure sectors both in the UK and overseas.’

This both complements and adds new skill-sets to the existing key strengths of the Devonshires projects team, which include leisure, housing, care, ’blue light’, renewables, waste, education, regeneration, health and office, keyworker and accommodation projects.

Before joining Devonshires, Robert was a partner in Dentons, where he advised on some of the largest infrastructure projects in the UK and internationally. Some of his recent work includes advising lenders on the £2.8bn Birmingham highways maintenance PFI contract, advising the Ministry of Defence on contracts for the procurement of services for the maintenance of ships, submarines and naval bases in the UK with a combined value of £3.2 billion and advising on a multi-million dollar solar cell and module plant in China.
