Bevan Ashford touchdowns with kids
While City firm Norton Rose has spent a reported 1 million on becoming a co-sponsor of rugby's Heineken Cup, west country firm Bevan Ashford has made a presumably more modest investment in both the sport and, given the number of rugby-playing solicitors, its future recruitment needs.
The firm, new logo and all, recently sponsored Bristol Shoguns' summer camps for seven to 16 year-olds as part of its community programme.
Rumours that those who did not show sporting promise were interviewed for training contracts beginning in 2018 have been denied.
Pictured are Andy Duxbury, Bevan Ashford's marketing director, and Nichola Goodrick-Turner, Bristol's community manager.
