The Criminal Division of the Court of Appeal will sit at Nottingham Crown Court on 29 November. The lord chief justice, Lord Thomas, Mr Justice Flaux and Mr Justice MacDuff will hear a renewed application by Mairead Philpott and Paul Mosley seeking to appeal their sentences for the manslaughter of six children.
The court will also hear an application by Michael Hamblett-Sewell for permission to appeal his murder conviction.
